SelectCare of Oklahoma, is an Oklahoma Health Maintenance Organization that offers Medicare Advantage Special Needs benefit plans. SelectCare is managed by a subsidiary of Heritage Health Systems, Inc. (“Heritage”). Heritage is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Universal American Corp. (NYSE: UAM). SelectCare partners with certain nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, select physicians, and other health care providers to deliver medical services to SelectCare of Oklahoma members
