Now that you or your loved one has been living in a custodial care facility, you may have realized that family or friends can’t always be around to ensure that a high level of care is being met.

Tribute is here to help. We give you more peace of mind by providing a greater level of comfort through compassionate care. After all, a person should enjoy spending time with loved ones, not worrying about care.

What is Tribute?
It’s a plan offered by SelectCare of Oklahoma to people with Medicare currently living in or transitioning into a custodial care facility. It offers all the benefits and services of Medicare as well as Medicaid for those eligible.

But we also offer something Medicare and Medicaid alone do not. When you or a loved one is enrolled in Tribute you will be assigned a mid-level practitioner to help coordinate all of your or a loved one’s health care needs.

And we offer all of this at no extra cost.

Someone to watch over you or your loved one
A mid-level practitioner will be assigned to oversee all your healthcare needs and monitor your general well being. They’ll also help coordinate doctor appointments and arrange for transportation to hospitals and clinics when necessary.

This not only relieves a burden on your family, it also offers reassurance about the level of care at the facility. So you can concentrate on what's important - quality time with loved ones.

You pay no extra premiums
We contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide these benefits and services at no additional cost. You simply need to be enrolled in Medicare Part B, entitled to Part A, and continue to pay your Part B premium.
